When people think of skiers in the summer, they think of beaches, pool parties and the cottage life. And if they don’t - their minds jump to glaciers and packed bags. Aerial skiers on the other hand hunt down water ramp facilities where we can practice tossing our bodies into the air, perfecting the technical aspect of our sport, safely and without snow. Quebec City is where the Canadian Freestyle Ski Team and I train for six months of the year, working on new tricks and developing our skills in the ‘off season’.
